Device Agreement Forms to be Signed by May 24th

Attention parents of incoming 6th graders: next year, your 6th grade student will use a device to access curriculum resources. Please click here http://ow.ly/7bCk50J7sV9 to review how the device will be used in the classroom and sign the agreement form.

In order for your student to have a device ready at the beginning of the school year, this agreement must be completed and signed by May 24, 2022.

Important Notes:

  • A new form does not need to be filled out again for any of your students who currently have a device
  • You can elect to provide your student with a device to bring to school daily. Please select that option on the form since digital resources will be used regularly in the learning environment next year.
