We are excited to share the news of the two new Assistant Principals that will join our leadership team for next school year!

Mrs. Adrienne Sanders will join the LMHS Administrative Team (alongside Principal Dr. Kevin Harleman and Assistant Principal Chad Huelsman) as an Assistant Principal for 2023-2024 school year. Mrs. Sanders comes to Little Miami from Sycamore Community Schools, where she has served as the Assistant Principal of Sycamore High School for the past six years. Prior to her time at Sycamore High School, Mrs. Sanders was the building principal at Edgewood High School for two years, where she also served as an Assistant Principal.

Prior to becoming an administrator, Sanders taught for six years at Butler Tech, where she was in the career and technical education field as a Family Consumer Science teacher for New Miami High School and Northwest High School. Mrs. Sanders also taught for two years at Holmes High School in Covington, Kentucky.

Mrs. Sanders received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky. She went on to achieve Master's degrees from the University of Cincinnati and Ashland University. Sanders is married with four children and lives in the Milford area. She loves sports, being outdoors, and cooking.

Mrs. Holly Grooms will become the next Assistant Principal at LMPR. Mrs. Grooms began teaching for Little Miami in 2005 and has taught grades K-2, serving on many committees and as a mentor for new teachers. As a fun fact – Mrs. Grooms has taught in every elementary building in the LM district, including: the former Morrow Elementary, Harlan-Butlerville Elementary, Hamilton-Maineville Elementary, Salem Township Elementary (now LMES), Little Miami Early Childhood Center and Little Miami Primary.

Mrs. Grooms earned her Bachelor’s degree from Morehead State University, her Master’s degree from Wilmington College, and later earned the Teacher Leader Endorsement and Principal Licensure from University of Cincinnati.

Mrs. Grooms lives in the Little Miami community with her husband Greg, and their son. She is also a proud stepmom and grandmother.

Congratulations to Mrs. Sanders & Mrs. Grooms! We can’t wait to see what great things are accomplished with your leadership!
