LMHS Teacher Earns Project Excellence Award
Posted on: April 7, 2025

Congratulations to Mrs. Julia Walsh, as she has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the Project Excellence Award. Julia teaches math at the high school.
Each Spring, the Warren County Area Progress Council solicits nominations from parents, students, staff, and stakeholders to recognize outstanding teachers who have made a significant impact.
"Mrs. Walsh is an outstanding math teacher who brings enthusiasm and energy to her classroom. She has built a strong rapport with her students, creating a welcoming and engaging learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring mathematical concepts. Her ability to make math both fun and accessible helps students develop confidence and a deeper understanding of the subject," said LMHS Principal, Dr. Kevin Harleman. "Mrs. Walsh’s passion for teaching, strong relationships with students, and collaborative spirit contribute significantly to the academic and personal growth of her students. She is a true asset to Little Miami High School."
We look forward to celebrating both of them at the Project Excellence Banquet on May 7th.
