LMPR Teacher Earns Project Excellence Award
Posted on: April 7, 2025

Congratulations to Mrs. Ashley Ledford, as she has been chosen as the 2025 recipient of the Project Excellence Award.
Ashley currently teaches third grade at Little Miami Primary.
Each Spring, the Warren County Area Progress Council solicits nominations from parents, students, staff, and stakeholders to recognize outstanding teachers who have made a significant impact.
"Mrs. Ledford is a truly exceptional educator. She embraces a whole-child mindset, consistently prioritizing the needs of her students in every decision she makes. This year, she volunteered to lead our ELA Pilot program, playing a key role in shaping the future of literacy instruction in our district by providing valuable feedback aligned with the science of reading," said LMPR Principal, Amber Huber. "Mrs. Ledford always goes above and beyond, fostering meaningful relationships with her students and their families. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to excellence make her a vital part of our school community."
We look forward to celebrating her at the Project Excellence Banquet on May 7th.
