Request for Bids -- LMHS Tennis Courts
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Little Miami Local School District until 12:00 pm noon on Thursday, April 18, 2019 for the Tennis Court Replacement at the Little Miami High School located at 3001 E. US 22 & 3, Morrow, Ohio, 45152. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Maintenance Director’s Office, located at 5819 Morrow-Rossburg Rd. Morrow, Ohio 45152. The bids will be publicly opened and read immediately afterwards.
The project will consist of removal of existing tennis courts, installation of new courts, installation of new net systems, recoating/replacement of existing fence, installation of new wind screen, installation of concrete pad for spectators, painting of courts and other items as listed in bid packet. The estimate for the project is $150,000.
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10:00 am.

Each proposal shall contain the name of every person interested therein. Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier’s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Little Miami Local School District, Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project.
