Bid Opening: Bids must be received on or before Monday, March 17, 2023, at 3:00 pm at the Little Miami Local Schools Administrative Offices located at 95 E. US 22&3, Maineville, OH 45039. Bids will be opened at this date and time.

- Bids must be received in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the vendor. The envelope must also show “Proposal for Radio Communications Tower Demolition and Removal” with the date and time that bids are due on the outside of the envelope. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
- Bids must include original and two copies.
- Bids must be signed in ink, showing all facts and the total amount.
- The district anticipates making a recommendation for bid selection and award at its March 28, 2023, Board of Education meeting. Little Miami Schools reserves the right to accept or reject bids submitted.

The Little Miami Local School District seeks bids on the demolition and removal of a Radio Communications tower located adjacent to its Little Miami Elementary School building located at 605 Welch Rd., Morrow Ohio 45152.
Demo and Removal Detail
- The tower is self-supporting and approximately 190 feet tall.
- Demo and removal most occur during times that the site is unoccupied.

- PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Little Miami Schools is soliciting proposals for radio communications tower demolition, removal, and disposal. ITEM(S):
- Demolition, removal, and disposal of tower from the site.
- LOCATION AND TIME IN WHICH WORKED WILL BE COMPLETED: The tower is located immediately adjacent to the district’s Little Miami Elementary School site at 605 Welch Rd. Morrow, Ohio 45152. Work will need to occur during times the building is unoccupied for an extended number of days.
- OPTIONAL PRE-BID: Little Miami Schools will hold an optional pre-bid on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at the site followed by a walk-through around the tower site.
- OTHER: Little Miami Schools will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in the preparation and/or presentation of bid or for the disclosure of any information or material received in connection with the solicitation, whether by negligence or otherwise.
