Homecoming Parade
The Homecoming Parade is on Thursday, October 5th, at 6 p.m.
What you need to know.
The parade will start at Mounts Park and end at LMHS. The Event will take place rain or shine.
Mounts Park will open at 5 p.m. for float to begin lining up.
Only Floats in the parade are allowed at the park. There is no parking or drop-off at the park.
All people riding or walking in the parade must use the shuttle service to reach Mounts Park. The shuttles will depart from the staff lots at LMHS closest to 22 & 3.
Shuttle service will begin at 5 p.m. and end at 5:45 p.m.
Spectators can park at Valley Vineyards, the parking lot located at the dog park and on both LM campuses.
Road Closures will begin at 5:55 p.m. (Stubbs Mills Rd & Mason Morrow Millgrove Rd., Stubbs Mills Rd at 22 &3, Classic Way Blvd., Appaloosa Cir., Hopewell Vly Dr., and Morrow-Cozaddale Rd at the roundabout.)
The parade will start at 6 p.m.
Directly following the parade, there will be a community event and movie night inside the football stadium. There will be food trucks, games and a dunk tank. Little Giants will be shown at 8 p.m.
The event is scheduled to end at 10 p.m
