LMJH testing schedule announced
Seventh and eight grade students will begin state testing the week of April 9, and with that comes an adjusted school day schedule for Little Miami Junior High School.
LMJH will be conducting testing sessions differently than in years past to allow the optimal testing environment for students.
On days your student tests, they will arrive to school at the normal 7:40 a.m. drop off time. They will then take their test, as an entire grade, at the start of the school day. After testing sessions conclude, LMJH will run on a modified schedule that includes all class periods.
On days your student does not test, he or she has the option to arrive at school at a later time without missing any classes or being counted as tardy. BUSES WILL RUN ON NORMAL SCHEDULES!
Seventh grade students will take their Language Arts tests on Monday, April 9 and Tuesday, April 10. All 7th grade students will need to be at school for normal start time. They will take their AIR test from 8 to 10 a.m.
On these two days, 8th grade students have the option of reporting at normal start time or arriving at 10 a.m. If parents choose to allow their student to arrive at 10 a.m., parents will need to provide transportation. Buses will run on their normal schedule. Daily attendance will be taken at 10:15 a.m. when first period starts.
Eighth grade students will take their Language Arts tests on Wednesday, April 11 and Thursday, April 12. All 8th grade students will need to be at school for normal start time. They will take their AIR test from 8 to 10 a.m.
On these two days, 7th grade students have the option of reporting at normal start time or arriving at 10 a.m. If parents choose to allow their student to arrive at 10 a.m., parents will need to provide transportation. Buses will run on their normal schedule. Daily attendance will be taken at 10:15 a.m. when first period starts.
