We are so excited to see you at Open House this week and to welcome your student back next week for the 23/24 school year! 

Here are some important reminders:

• Open House this week: August 10th from 5-7:30. Please plan to attend based on your student’s last name.

• A-G - 5-5:45
• H-O - 5:50-6:35
• P-Z - 6:45-7:30

**Incoming 6th grade families, please be aware that this is a different format than the conferences you had with your student’s teachers in grades K-5. Open House is a great opportunity for you and your student(s) to walk around and see classrooms and familiarize yourself with the building. You will also be able to see and meet your student(s)’ teachers. 

• Computer Pick Up During Open House
  • 6th-grade pick-up will be in the library 
  • 7th and 8th grade will be in the cafeteria. 
  • Incoming 6th grade and new families,please ensure that you have completed the device agreement prior to August 3rd. Please click the link below for access to the device agreement:

  • Students will need to login to their computer in the building before leaving with their computer.

• Attendance - To place an absence call, call by 9:00 a.m. Call (513) 899-3408 and leave a message on the attendance line extension 25488. 

• Lunch Accounts - You may apply money to a student’s lunch account by logging into payschoolscentral.comor by sending money to the school office. To check a student’s lunch balance you can log on to www.payschoolscentral.com or call the school cafeteria at (513) 899-3408 extension 25491. You may also find the link on the Little Miami Schools website. 

• Transportation - To inquire about a transportation concern, call (513) 899-2941. 

• School Nurse - To speak with the school nurse, call (513) 899-3408, extension 25429.

• First Day of School Monday, August 14^th - all students will report to first period when they arrive on the first day of school!

Update Secure Online Portal is now Open.

How to Update Your Student's Information

1. Go to:https://update.littlemiamischools.com 
2. Enter your username and password.The user name will be the first five letters of your student's last name (or entire last name if fewer than five letters), a dot, the student's first initial, a dot, student's six-digit ID number. You must use a capital letter. Your student's six-digit ID number is the same as their lunch code. Example: Journ.N.123456 (case sensitive) Example: Lee.R.123456 (case senstive)
3. Enter your password.Your password is the same as your username.
4. Complete and/or update all required fields.

Arrival and Dismissal Procedures 

Drop Off Directions

• Enter Little Miami Middle School from the round-a-bout and turn right to go around the building.
• Traffic leaving High School must turn right and re-enter the Middle School through the round-a-bout. 
• Before 7:10:Please drop students only at the cafeteria entrance marked B8.
• Doors will automatically lock at 7:20. After 7:20, please drop off students at the front of the building.   
• When dropping off students, please pull as far forward as possible to accommodate traffic. 
• Please drop off at the sidewalk on the LEFTside of the driveway. 
• Please travel on the RIGHTside of the driveway. 
• Once you have dropped off your student, please continue to drive all the way around the building as it is one way.

Car Rider Pick-Up Instructions:

• ALL Students will be dismissed at 2:00. 
• Traffic from High School must turn right and re-enter the Middle School through the roundabout. 
• When picking up students, please pull as far forward as possible to accommodate traffic. 
  • Please pick up at the sidewalk on the LEFTside of the driveway. 
  • Please travel on the RIGHTside of the driveway. 
  • Once you have picked up your student, please continue to drive all the way around the building as it is one way.

Remember to be patient and keep an eye out for other drivers and students.
