All School Announcements

THANK YOU! We had a great first week with our students! Students enjoyed various team and community-building activities last week, culminating in a pep rally on a Friday afternoon. We really enjoyed cheering on our fall athletes and watching the HS Marching Band performance!

MAP testing: Students are MAP testing 8/28-9/1 in Language Arts and Math classrooms. Please remind students to charge laptops each evening and to eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning prior to coming to school!

Administrators met with each team of students to review expectations and procedures. We’re so excited for such a great start to the year!

Arrival and Dismissal Reminders and Updates! Thank you for your patience as we work through arrival and dismissal procedures. Please remember to be courteous to one another.

Arrival

UPDATE! Students can be dropped off at the cafeteria doors and the back-right door beginning at 6:40 AM
Families should create ONE line for drop off at these doors and should pull over to the left to drop off students and then pull back to the right to drive around the building.
Please remember to not park in parking spaces during drop off and pick up.
Beginning at 7:10, families can drop off at any door. Please pull over to the left to drop students off and then pull back to the right to drive around the building.
For student safety, please only drop students on the curbside.

Dismissal

Families may create two lines around the building for student pick-up. Car riders are released from the building at 2:00.
Please do not park on the grass during dismissal pick-up.
Barriers in the back of the building will be moved at 1:45 each afternoon.

Go to: https://update.littlemiamischools.com
Enter your username and password. The user name will be the first five letters of your student's last name (or entire last name if fewer than five letters), a dot, student's first initial, a dot, student's six-digit ID number. You must use a capital letter. Your student's six-digit ID number is the same as their lunch code. Example: Journ.N.123456 (case sensitive) Example: Lee.R.123456 (case senstive)
Enter your password. Your password is the same as your username.
Complete and/or update all required fields.
