The Support Operations Department oversees multiple areas of district operations outside of the classroom. This includes the following areas: 

• Facility maintenance and capital improvement programs
• Transportation
• Supervision of the district's support services
• Energy management program for the district 
• Food services
• Maintenance and Custodial
• District safety programs including fire prevention, fire inspections, and emergency procedures
• Ensures compliance with Ohio PERRP and manages district insurance programs
• Security services
• Building construction (architects, construction manager)
• Building permits
• Police/Fire/Safety Needs
• Alarm systems
• Inventory
