Central Registration

Welcome to Little Miami Local School District Central Registration!

Please review the information provided to guide you through the enrollment process.

The Little Miami Local School District enrolls students under strict guidelines established by Ohio Law – Ohio Revised Code and the Missing Child Act.  Please understand the necessity of the statutory requirements listed below.

Parent means either natural or adoptive parent, unless the parents are divorced, in which case parent means the parent who is the residential parent and legal custodian.

 A non-parent/guardian enrolling a student must provide proof of custody assigned by a court, dated and signed by a judge or magistrate.  Only students residing in the school district with a parent/guardian as defined above are eligible for admission to the Little Miami Local School District.

2022-2023 Registration 

Be sure your student gets a smooth start to the new school year!

2022-2023 School year registration will open for ALL new student enrollees from June 1-July 22nd. It is essential for students to be enrolled by July 22nd to ensure proper student class placement, help balance class sizes, help district planning, and aid in the creation of transportation routes.

All students (including PK and KG students) registered by June 30th will have the chance to win a Little Miami spirit wear item! 50 names will be chosen from those who have registered from February through June 30th!

If you need assistance with the Online Pre-Registration Portal or do not have a computer at home, help is available at Central Office (95 E. U.S. 22&3) every Monday in June from 9 AM – 1 PM.

What Documents Do I Need to Register?

  • Original Birth Certificate of Student
  • Parent/Guardian driver’s license (Photo ID)
  • Proof of residency

If you own or rent a home:

  • Rental agreement
  • Lease agreement
  • Settlement statement signed at closing
  • Deed

If you reside with a family member/friend and your name is not on the lease:

The owner/renter of the home MUST accompany you, provide proof of residency (one of the documents listed above) and complete our Residency Affidavit II, which will be notarized by the registrar. 

             Please note:  Utility bills are NOT be accepted as proof of residency

  • Proof of custody/guardianship, if applicable - A custody/shared parenting decree is required if parents are divorced.  This decree must be court-stamped, date-stamped and signed by a judge or magistrate.
  • ETR/IEP/WEP/504, if applicable

COMPLETE THE ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION APPLICATION

  • Click on the appropriate link below to begin the online pre-registration
  • Once completed, after the PDF forms load, continue to the appointment scheduler to set an appointment to present the required documents to the registrar

If you do not have access to a computer or the internet, call 513 899-2264.

Registration is not complete until you meet with the registrar who will receive and verify ALL documents.
